I mean I wake up in the morning... go to my computer... plug into the Net... type in my username, password... and there you're! at 10:00 AM Brussels Time, that is 4:00 AM in NY! Likewise, when I switch on again in the afternoon, Neocon's still lurking around --that's 9:00 AM EST-- and guess whom I stumble on in the evening?
