Regarding the importance of becoming a "fully reporting" company and this part of yesterday's release:

"To further supplement this news, we are forwarding the third and final phase of our application with the SEC to be a fully reporting company."

Can anyone tell me or refer me to what exactly these "phases" are? I have searched the SEC home page but have not found anything that explains the exact procedures for gaining this status. In other words, what are these three phases and what information is needed or what requirements are there to become "fully reporting"?

Thanks,

Gary

We all expected a better earnings report for WINR. Like I said for the past few months, WINR will earn us the big money on January 01, 2000, when it will be between $ 10.00 and $ 20.00 a share, maybe even higher. We all have to wait until the end of the year before we all cash in the big money. Go WINR!
