Good lively debate here. I'm loooong IFCI.

Look at IFCI from the perspective off an officer of one of these small, highly successful start-ups which have recently been acquired. These companies appear to be quite successful locally and agree to be acquired to have access to IFCI's national market presence. These officers aren't stupid (having built successful high tech businesses) and yet are being acquired for part cash AND PART STOCK. I think Kealy is following in the footsteps of other successes in the industry who have built billion dollar businesses by amalgamating a nationwide network of local success stories in related fields.

Recent numbers looked OK to me, and, as I've posted before, the acquisitions really render these numbers meaningless as the accounting for acquisitions is an art which frequently lowers current earnings.

This is a core holding in my portfolio. I fear we may dip below 6 briefly, but the risk/reward here is in favor of the longs here IMHO.

Oh. Is that what they are saying now?

They said $200m run rate by Q4 in the Q1 conference call. You can probably still hear it on vcall's web site.
