Well, that price stated in the companies goals. I just can't remember whether it was the $125 or the $150. I think it was the $125. Can somebody verify that for me?

After the big guy snatch up shares at these low prices, I expect the news releases to start coming out again.

Before I left ETN I read about how Hardis wanted to take better advantage of the company name and size. In short, Eaton is made up of several billion dollar companies (Cutler-Hammer, Vickers, etc.), but Hardis thinks that it would help sales if a customer did not have to be told by the Cutler-Hammer sales rep that Cutler-Hammer is part of the $8 billion company called Eaton Corp. I think Hardis wants this new Vice-President of Communications (announced today) to find a way to make that possible.

I know that in the electronics and home construction industry the name Cutler-Hammer carries more weight than Eaton Corporation, but Cutler-Hammer is competing against Siemens.

If you go through Eaton's Web site www.eaton.com and click on products, almost every Web site looks different (I haven't been to the site in several months). Not only is there little or no consistency, but in many cases there is no theme or tie back to Eaton Corporation... the $8 billion corporation.

How much do you think this strategy will help ETN?

Oops, I forgot to include Modine Manufacuring Company.

They were listed in the VTMS registration program as Modine Europe and Modine Automotive Division.

I could not find a web site for Modine but I found an email address for a modine salesperson and it ended with @modine.com. However, modine.com does not work for me.

But I was able to find this a few seconds ago:

biz.yahoo.com
freeedgar.com
itd.anl.gov
jobweb.org
stock1.com
ciminfo.com

I wonder if this is why the stock price went up today on no news. Is there a leak?
