This is information we officially received from DMC.

"Management has indicated an intention to list on NASDAQ. However, in order to do so, DataMirror has to meet certain financial tests. The most significant financial requirement is for a market capitalization of US$75 million which at today's exchange rate would require a DMC stock price of approximately $11.00 CDN per share. Should our stock price meet this requirement, we would then be in a position to announce a formal plan. There are other ways to comply with NASDAQ
listing financial tests and these could be pursued should the stock price not increase to this level."

Looking at their objective, I see no reason why the stock will not go above and beyond the minimal test. Investors/traders will push this baby up to allow them to pass the financial test. You heard it here first.
