Zeev,

Be careful. Yes the OEX Put/Call ratio is bullish, but look at the CBOE (equity) Put/Call ratio. It is bearish and getting more so.

I too was thinking the Put/Call ratio was too high to support a correction in the market. But as Mohan pointed out to me, the CBOE Put/Call ratio signifies investor sentiment (Bullish right now), while the OEX is more professional fund managers hedging the lastest big run-up. Thus the Put/Call ratio may be indicating a correction coming.

The SOX is a differnet story and did indeed look like it signified a reversal yesterday.
