Craig, the company probably has no way of telling whether the newly bought shares were sold into the float or not. At least part of the answer to that question lies in <<who>> exercised the options. I used the term "management," but is it not generally understood that lower level people have some options also? My point is this: upper level management people have a clearer idea of the future upside of this company. They also would be better able to ride out any temporary financial crunch they may find themselves in. If their roof needed a $15,000 replacement, they would be more likely to have other sources of money. Lower level people may not have these resources. In a crunch, they may be inclined to cash in shares even if they think the company is going to be a big success one day. Regards, Suzanne

>>I'm very curious if the options were to expire. If they weren't set to expire, then we have a very very clear explanation why the stock is at the level that we are now.<<

Well, if that is the explanation, what about the millions of options that remain? Will they continue to explain the situation if the price remains low for months to come?
