George, The same article made the front page of the Journal this morning. From Putnam: >>The Lanier product will be shipping in quantity this year, we will have completed our Intel prototypes and be jointly marketing that technology this year, and, based on our on-going negotiations with several companies, they expect to have secure Internet music devices available this Christmas.<< It seems that they are negotiating internet player deals with several companies.
