Okay, I'll admit it - I've become an Ampex SI thread groupie.

Because of your wisdom and insight, I have profited more on Ampex in the past 4 months than I have on all of my lifetime of investments put together (I'm 52 and an ex-commodity futures trading advisor).

Well, I'm back in the game for the 3rd time. Bought at 4&1/4 and 4, and have "traps set" at intervals down through 3&1/2 to get more.

Instead of being able to maintain a trader's mentality, I may be evolving into a "true believer" with a longer term outlook. You have me thinking about a seachange in technology and the potential for an AXC "moon shot."

May have to go with a 2-track investment plan. Accumulate a core position for the long term while trading the rest.

Thanks to everyone for sharing your research and analysis.
