Sadly, I agree. Although I will not be tendering my shares at $8.50.

Closed at 9.2CDN major volume. This could be the reason. How about ten bucks.

Looks like the HUM deal is toast or they are going to up the offer.
With the price of HUM dropping and DXX increasing my guess is that there could be a bidding war so maybe HUM is going to sweeten the pie. Now what is OTX going to do? Cash plus shares or just cash ten bucks?
