Big cross of NCDR at $16. and ISRC is now very wide on this name, 10 x 30. Wonder who sold those shares below market? Buyer Beware!

Mr. PINK, I am trying to get a grip on why the volume is so high on NCDR. I've never shorted a BB stock before (although NCDR without a doubt is a zero company), and am leary due to NCDR's volume and it's ability to attain a high share price on no PR? I am befuddled that between Feb. 24 and Apr. 27, there was no PR on the company yet it's stock went from 12 to approx. 27? I would love to short his pig but I am afraid of being caught in a CYOE type trap where the stock maintains a price that has no bearing on reality (with 375K traded, who is buying this stock here?).
