DCI knew this, as the news said, PREVIOUSLY. ITEL previously gave notice, I belive it was on Monday or Tuesday of this week, shortly after their stock was halted "for news"

We as investors, became suspicious, I would expect, when the merger seemed to be delayed and when the reported operations from ITEL showed their cash horde was dwindling too fast.

Turns out the "news" may not have been the merger-divorce, but the delisting???
