Is this the one that gets their pipeline blown up every other day?
The BS looks pretty good even after the 50 million writeoff...hmmm so many choices..

Hec does have some convertible debt out there. They also need lots of cash to continue their Columbia exploration and most importantly production(pipelines)..You need to read their contracts,,certain areas are partnered with Rochester ROH.to, and other areas with an investment corp ..The Columbian oil company you speak of may be the government's company..I think they get a royalty as well as 50% if declared commercial...all from memory,FWIW-check my accuracy,,I've probably forgotten the terms..On the HEC thread,,ask Raymond Ball,,he has followed this company closely at least 3 years..DD
