If you're talking about the custom settings on the tracker, close the tracker after you make changes and this TENDS to retain the changes.
And just wait until you delete a stock in the tracker and the high and low alerts switch to another stock. I tend to keep the old alerts but change them to levels that won't go off.
I even had to rename one of my tracker accounts because the old one of the same name kept coming back after deletion. I renamed "private" "unlucky" which will give you an idea of how well this portfolio was doing.
IQC is real quirky, but it works, and it's cheap. And the scan mechanism has no bugs. "Markets" also has lots of neat info as well.
