The web based service is far more sensitive to overload than the streaming quote feed behind the data. You wouldn't believe, given your experience with that end of the product line, how good their QCharts works, running direct from the data servers without using a browser for the front end.

Almost flawless connectivity for fully the last month, small resource demands on my machine, enough bells and whistles to satisfy most traders, and worth every penny. Have needed so little support that Q.C's current understaffing in that area has been irrelevant to me.

I'm sorry they can't handle the web traffic from the free and non-QCharts subscribers. Quote.com should provide the service that their subscribers are paying for. That includes installing enough web capacity to handle the load. Nonetheless, you've got the option of trying QCharts, which is presently quite reliable and darned slick.

This is supposed to be about trading and not computer technology problems! You'll not go wrong to invest more in your tools. Good luck.
