Maybe Swordsman is shorting the stock; Gordon believed someone did so in the past, which was mentioned in the 10K. If he is shorting it now, I hope he gets short-squeezed big time when the stock breaks out.

Of course there would have been the natural twist to the negative so necessary with every observation made so far

Check the record. My postings have been very pro company. That is up until the lies purportedly from Mr. Gordon that were given to both you and Dr. Frankel. That is up until the revelation of 90,000,000 shares instead of 57,000,000 shares. That is until the revelation of Mr. Gordon's self serving deals at our collective expense. That is until you wake up and realize all the great projections of revenue are mostly designed to keep getting new shareholders and keep the existing ones pacified.

If you look at Phoenix's and TSIG's history, Mr. Gordon would ordinarily get a free pass because the shareholders just sell and move on. He has no accountability under that scenario. In this case the plan, J Hwang's plan to be more precise, is just too compelling and the shareholders level of belief too great and shareholders positions too large for a goodly number of us to just sell and move on. Mr. Gordon may actually be caught this time around by the plan being too good.

I'm not about to sell and I know many others now that are in agreement with me. This company can do well, but only with realistic analysis of the friggin warts and attendant correction. We also have a plan. A proactive plan that threatens no one. A plan to acquire knowledge and then be in a position to make educated decisions. Individually. If changes occur as has been hinted by Mr. Henry then we will re-evaluate the plan... our plan!

Bob, I call them as I see them. Not negative but realistic. How the hell can any of us believe anything coming from that man's mouth through Paul Henry, and then unfortunately through unwitting posters on the SI after those previous, and now recorded statements of heresay from you and the good doctor? Or possibly you and Dr. Frankel lied and said you were told things that you weren't? Funny thing though, I give you both more credibility than can be given to Mr. Gordon.

And now they won't do a conference call. A transcriptable and actionable piece of evidentiary material. Give us a break.

By the way, you should see the PM's of encouragement that I get.
