In my opinion, very soon. And if you look around, there are signs that HealthLink International has lots of money. To me lots of money equals a higher stock price. I like the words "major expansion" in this PR. As for the $50.00, it's just my wild and crazy guess. It could be higher :-)

National Health/HealthLink Merger
Agreement Proceeds

WARMINSTER, Pa., May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- National Health and Safety Corporation (OTC
Bulletin Board: NHLT - news) and HealthLink International, Inc., a private company in Westerville,
Ohio, announced today that they have entered into a Letter of Intent to finalize a merger agreement.

The two companies have been in ongoing negotiations and just recently completed their respective
due diligence.

Under the proposed terms, National Health would merge with HealthLink and HealthLink would
provide financing and marketing for a major expansion of the two companies' medical discount
cards.
