US Law makers are uneasy about ATT's dominance of cable and
make ask for more scrutiny. Both Republicans and Democrates
are in together. It will be interesting to see how this will unfold.

Rgeardeless of whether the Feds allow the T deal, too many of us are falsely assuming AOL will not have a broadband cable strategy. AOL will make a deal soon or the Feds will open up cable wires to AOL. I am not gung-ho AOL. I am uncertain about valuations. However, I do know that the day AOL makes a broadband announcement, those of you who are selling here will regret it.

How long will that take and do you think AOL will bounce off it's lows of 117 and move higher soon.
