Insider trading

My understanding is that insiders are responsible for reporting their trading to the relevant securities commission, which in this case would be the SEC. Somewhere in the SEC records, perhaps on-line, one should be able to find those statements. Companies occasionally provide links to the SEC filings on their website. Personally, my opinion is that I have confidence that insiders have been buying.
