scott honker: Are you saying that a BB can't be shorted? Or, are you referring to this particular stock?

As usual Scott, your ignorance abounds with false and erroneous statements. Any stock, anywhere in the world, no matter the exchange can and is shortable! All short positions bear the same risks...limited (finite) profit potential and unlimited (infinite)loss potential. This is not to say that carrying a short is within the SRO or exchange's rules but it can and is done every hour of the day, and not just by MM's who might be conducting themselves in a normal course of operations for orderly markets.
As for BB's i might suggest you look into the two (2) separate clearing numbers for the Philadelphia depository as reported on a monthly formatted report. This is but one of several indicators / locations where a short position might be carried/booked. Try again Honker, you cease to amaze me, of of this is just my opinion.
