Are you suggesting that MS and Merill toss around upgrades so carelessly ? They were doing the numbers yesterday. Fundamentals are much improved with Cyrix out of the way leaving NSM more focussed.

NSM rally will be short-lived. Remember the "PC on a chip" story last year? At that time, NSM said will ship the special processor in 1999 and expect generate BIG revenue. Either they never started developing that kind of chip or failed, no "PC on a chip" selling on the market. Instead, NSM said quit pc process business. What a joke. So is the EPS estimate for year 2003.
