Art,

Under so-called purchase accounting, DCI's revenue for the March 1999 fiscal
year will be reduced by approximately $1,000,000, or 2% of anticipated
total-year revenues, which will be publicly reported early in June.

That looks like $49 million in Revenues to me for the FY 99.

28.1 million in the first nine months... 49 - 28 = 21 million for the last quarter of fiscal 99? I'll take that.
