I don't know if I can give you the answer you are looking for completely. PSIX has an RS in O's which isn't surprising since it is an internet. It did reverse up from a long tail down and is still at the medium of its trading band.

If you own it, don't see why you should sell it but put a stop of 40. If wanting to buy and you are a screaming loon :-), can do it here with a trade stop of 45.
