Jim, you knew that <G> We've been discussing it for some time. My guess is that a lot of the contra-revenues are not booked as adjustments to sales, but sit in a G&A or marketing account. That way they can point to gross margins as being nice, while in fact it is hacked to death by contra-revenues that are included elsewhere. TTFN, CTC
