E*Trade, Schwab and DLJ Direct.... At last weeks' annual meeting, in a demo breakout session where new customer services' software was demonstrated, it was mentioned that all three net brokers were Aspect customers. Given the mission critical nature of executing with speed and accuracy, I think these client relationships say a lot about the value of ASPT's current technology. They also implied that getting products out the door fast was imperative. They have beefed-up US marketing/sales effort, so, perhaps we will see improvement/turnaround sooner, rather than later. Stock accumulation by insiders at these levels and current price action of the stock indicate the worst is behind. Just a matter of time until the story gets out there.
