Yesterdays price action in NN clearly shows that in the long run that initial Investment pays handsome dividends. Doug, I'll state again what I stated some number of posts ago. I don't believe any of the current set of manufacturing issues are related to second sourcing. Managing a supply chain, and second sourcing components are two different issues. If you listened to the CC, the issue seemed to be more related to managing longer lead time items, although this wasn't completely spelled out. This is an inventory management situation. As far as your "theories" regarding second sourcing, you should do a little more homework. Gary
