Gibbons,
Pehaps you can explain why the free section of Live charts is working OK but the paid section Qplus is not.
I can get to and use the delayed section OK but when I try and sign on to paid section I can not get in.
The service rep I called said that you all are having problems with the router. What does this mean to a laymen?

Gibbons,

I have been bumped off and can't get back on. I have your super duper service. It says my account can not be found. I paid my bill.

HELP!

Gibbons,

"It is hard to turn away people from the livecharts applet when the service is free...",

I can't believe that you said that. If(and maybe I'm wrong about this) the volume generated by the free users usurps the quality of service of those that pay, then it should be easy to post a message like, "due to the popularity of our service we are unable to meet both the demands of our 'free' users as well as our paying customers", when the 'free' users try to access the service. This would also have the effect of pushing those that were already on the edge of a purchase to go ahead and pay up.

BTW - I STILL can't access the site. First I was getting delayed quotes(but am paying for real time) and now I'm being denied access. But I guess you know all of that.
