<Can I explain the $13 resistance> I'll try. I think the gap is simply too big to take in one move or surge. No, the $13 resistance is not from 6 years ago. Remember what we've already experienced. The gap in MRVC's case is from $14+ to ~$6; actually you could say it's between $17+ to $6 because there was a $3 drop the day before the infamous, poorly handled Aug 98 pre-announcement. Since that time we spiked up to 9 1/2 only to pull back to 6; finally overcame this new resistance after many months,only to come up to new higher resistance at 10 5/8, only to drop back, etc. So the market will probably not take the remainder of the gap to 14 or 17 in a single bound; trading in the following days and weeks will show us where interim resistance(s) is/are. Ultimately, you and I know that it will make it well beyond. <G> Bruce
