More SPAM on SFAM I spoke to Richard Faubert, CEO, this afternoon. Now here is a guy who is nice, direct and honest. I had an appointment to talk with him and he was there waiting when I called. He listened to my concerns and promised to take it up with IR and the lawyers. I explained my position to him and he understood my view but wanted to discuss same with legal counsel and IR. He thought a replay may be feasible. No promises. Now for some speculation on today's price action. Analysts were sent invitations yesterday for the conference to be held next Wednesday. These guys have been quieted out by the company from asking the kind of questions they needed to ask in order to take a position on the new company in the form of a research report. So, coverage has been thin. Not after next week. Now they will have the data to make a recommendation. Now ask yourself if you think today's price action and volume may be indicative of inventory building by the analyst firms in anticipation of writing those reports. Watch this one closely.
