Fred;

I worked at the semi side, and my year 2001 is based on semi side of business to really take off. Cube could do well before then, but the real blow off (if there is one) would be then (recordable VCR).

AB is well like inside of the company. He is honest, genuine, visionary but not a day to day type of a guy. He screwed up a lot in the consumer side. Board brought Umesh to fix the day to day issues and to give some focus.

AB always was talking about the Set-top business is the convergence platform and looks like it is happening.

I would not believe for a moment that Divi will use anybody else's silicon for encoding, even if they are better. Divi was the major customer of semi on the communication side.

Fred, just have patient with this new guy (BS). he will come and go.
I can bet that he will not be around by mid summer (either he gets disappointed when this dog drops to 20 and leaves, or he will cash in at 30).
I guess if I said that CUBE is going to $40 by July I would not have been considered a short.
My price target is at least $100 by Dec 2001.

CUBE Fun Fact. OK, it's not that fun, but it's a fact. Twice as many May 30 calls sold so far today as did the May 25 calls. (144 v. 76). Somebody is gambling (as I did yesterday) that those May 30s will pay off.
