K.L.

I have moved all my OS trading positions to the sidelines today.

Haven't even thought about selling any core positions. I continue to firmly believe that as long as oil is above $18/bbl, the patch is about the best deal in the market but with the tremendous short term gains in my trading stash, I have sided with caution and stepped off the playing field for now. I am pretty conservative when it comes to trading, unlike many of the people on this thread.

As for the long haul, it will take a complete change in the horizon for me to want to bail out of my core positions. Remember all the writeoffs most of these companies have done over the past few quarters. Also keep in mind the cost reductions and overhauls these companies were forced to do. Most of the quality companies in the patch will emerge from this slump in better shape then before.

Best regards,
Michael...PS, Often when I move to the sidelines, it's a signal for a massive bull run <VBG> ....just thought I'd warn those who didn't know that!
