Sam, if you would be so kind to post the day you're going to sell, I will be buying. Considering the things that have been explained over and over on this thread and people STILL don't get it, a conference call is not going to communicate it either. What would make a difference, however, is a stockholders meeting. That would give the company a chance to explain things in detail and answer all the questions you say they are afraid to answer. What they may be truly afraid of is having the opportunity to only give partial answers. Regards, Suzanne

Sam, you made several demands and threats yesterday. Would you mind clarifying a few issues for the thread?

1) To your knowledge, how many shares does Robert Gordon own outright (within a million is close enough)?

2) How many shares are you asking him to return to the treasury?

3) On what basis do you make this request?

4) What is your best guess of how much of Robert Gordon's personal funds have been made available to the company?

5) In your opinion, what is an appropriate and acceptable number of shares for the founder/CEO to own?

I apologize in advance if these questions are offensive to you in any way. It's just not clear to me what your understanding is of the above issues. If the shareholders are going to pressure Robert Gordon to make changes, it behooves us to be on the same wavelength. However, if you really are planning to sell, I understand that you would not wish to take the time to answer these questions as they will be irrelevant to you shortly.

Regards, Suzanne
