My Guess the rotation to the small caps is by the newbies in the
market, they don't realize tahts OK if big ones are also moving up
or at least holding their own, but it sets up a killing field when
the big ones go down at the expense of little ones going up,
when the selling really comes the small caps fall even faster than
they climbed..and the small ones are holding up the indexes now for
all they are worth.
The newbies are going to get killed.
