NT,
I 'm out of my league here. Every 1000 shares approximately 100,000 dollars. Got an order in for 1K at 97.00 (chicken or what). Let see 8000 bid at 97.80 that's only 800k dollars. Figure they got to go through 2 or 3 million just to get to me! Did my first Blue chip today and will try and do more bottom swings. Looking at 5 day chart to see if there is any pattern to NT's close. 2 out of 3 this week closed down, One more day of down, or back to up, Any opinions, Keith?

Thanks for your post Keith.
I wanted to respond, but waited until we are out of trading hours. Have been a lurker for some time, finally decided that if I was using SI that much then it was time to subscribe. I also have members of this thread to thank for making me aware of such stocks as MCF, CY and GLE. Mostly I trade longer term, but do trade several times a day. Now having been exposed to this thread I dabble in day trades (also have a full time job, so use the net). You do not have to be a Rocket Scientist to spot the good and bad posters. Also given the number of posts the idea of short messages terminated by EOM really helps, not enough time to open them all. I find it difficult to trade something that I do not believe in, but understand that momentum can carry any stock, so as long as you get in and out relatively quickly it should be OK. Have also not yet mastered the Stop-Loss, not really sure how to apply it. This is obviously a risk, but I also set target sell values that I can adjust, realise this is a really optimistic approach.
Bought BGX after it was recommended by a certain thread member, asked repeatedly for the news source, nothing forthcoming. Knew that the poster was suspect, even tried to make them feel guilty, by thanking them, "water off a ducks back" as they say. It was inexpensive and got out with a cost of $20 plus commissions. Well worth the price in teaching me not to be too exuberant (sp?).

Holding GEM, IWM, NLC, VNE and SLC overnight.
ATF, EN, GLE, MCF, IIA, PDG, SDI, BMC, BRA, CHP, DXX, SUF, WPT and POC as longer term traders
KRY, IMM as speculative hold.
Stuck with some NSU, QTR plus some other dross that I am too embarrassed to mention.
Any serious comments on the above gratefully accepted.

Sorry for the length of this message.
Thanks again to the leading thread members.
