If Lucent is behind X-Stream financially then the fun is only beginning. Lucent wouldn't make a $28M cash investment unless the returns were excellent, I know firsthand - I work with Lucent on the equipment finance side and they do not throw this type of money around lightly.

1) was it created by a reverse merger ?
2) If yes - pls. tell me what the shell was. Reason: I can't find XSNI on Edgar..
