The one you've announced 348 times since October, lol? there will criminal charges as well. Excuse me, but you, as an individual, or AZNT, as a business, cannot, on your own, file criminal charges against anyone. And bear in mind, Spidey/Gary, all those nasty, obscene and threatening emails you sent me. A Federal offense, you know. Not to mention all the libel: yours, Mike Sylver's, Auntie's. I'd be very careful, if I were you. Note that in this single post you've managed to libel me once again. you & shell will also be named in the zwebner counter-suit (if need be). Planning to act pro se in that one, too? Or will Riley be representing you, lol?

Gary, Gary, Gary. For some one representing themself self Pro Se, a counter suit cannot be filed against parties that are not attributable to the inital suit. If I were you, I think I would worry more about the suit that is current on going. As for your statement of: i can tell you emphatically the relationship between shell & dumont, as well as shell's relationship & communicado with zwebner is a crucial issue. Your relationship with AZNT is one that needs to be questioned. In the sworn testimony by Mike Sylver he states that he and AZNT never or would never issued stock for payment, UT HUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, lie. ( Could some one post that for me?) I really should call the other lawyers shouldn't I Gary. Even the Judge. One lie caught, are there more? Also, transfer agent Sylver has given you confidential information that the word CONFIDENTIAL has a meaning to it. But you run with it like its ok. Yet again causing more damage to AZNT. You are more of a problem to AZNT than anyone doing homework or questioning the methods of a person that would hire people that were only out to screw investors. I know what your going to say and I never screwed any investors. I am still a shareholder of AZNT and it really bothers me that the biggest problem with AZNT isn't management its YOU and your mouth. You are a party to a large law suit that you must one day understand is very serious. You continue to run off at the mouth without thinking. Why is it that when you testified you didn't inform the courts that you were a distributor of AZNT's products. And you investment in the companies stock and a part of your life style comes from selling their products. I think that you are bias and should have never even been called. But, after reading your testimony it was a waste of the courts time anyway. you offered no profession evidence, you offered no expert witness testimony. You offered your bias opinion. Even if DTC settles,a nd even if the freeze is lifted, how many shares of AZNT stock is to come due? Where are the filings by the company? Why have they not shown anything on edgar to extend the late filings. Why is that no one has called and raised a big stink that shareholders of restricted shares can now NOT sell because the companies filings are late. When exactly will they come out. The shareholders got their letter a few months ago and still yet no filings. Only request that shareholders not continue to call the company. Gary, if you were smart, I think you should just sit back, get a lawyer and handle the suit that is in front of you. Speaking of you'll be getting something from all the lawyers in the next few days that will be very disappointing. Sorry to tell you here but trying to calling is not something I am in the mood for. Talking to a screaming maniac isn't a pleasant experience. To bad you can't get on the team. Try JOINGING the TEAM GARY. AZNT IS A DIFFERENT ISSUE ALL TOGETHER.
