Boy, that is about as untrue at can be....the Chinese Government loves lotteries and they have been around for years. The normal procedure has been to hold them at sporting events.

You buy tickets at the events and the winning numbers are announced at the event.

Even if you disregard the lottery altogether, you still have the ISP. The market cap of CAOL is what, $8 million? AOL or even ZSUN should be screaming to buy out CAOL IMHO.
