RTev, I think there is a lot more to this than what meets the eye.

MSFT would not be spending $5B on this investment unless there were more substantial aspects to this agreement than what's being discussed on CNBC. My gut feel is that AT&T is playing up the "non-exclusive" aspects of this deal to set the stage for its regulatory battle.
