I'm a big fan of George Gilder. He has a column today in the Wall Street Journal in which he exposes the archaic notions of most world governments, including our own- of a "zero sum game" in economics. We who make 500 MHz microprocessors from sand know that wealth is created by the human mind, not robbed from others as it once was. The Incas had a lot of sand, but they didn't know what to do with it to generate wealth. (No snide comments on National's senior management!)

Ok everyone, NSM never said that they are selling Cyrix! There was only one comment that the MII design team might be sold.
