Shadow, I do not think Mikey would build IBM branded PC's. He would build Dell PC's and sell them to IBM's customers with IBM service.

Here are some facts about Dell's employees and manufacturing plants.

Well it is like this:- Dell said something like 'our ability to grow is only limited by our ability to add capacity' or something like that.
Now here is what is cooking:-

... The Nashville project is part of Dell's global expansion, including the announcement of completion of five manufacturing plants worldwide in the last 16 months.'

Dell currently has more than 24,000 employees in 33 countries around the globe including 15,500 in central Texas.
