Pravin, efficiency must be accompanied by volume. That Portland fab was set up for 30000 wafers per month. I doubt that they ever cranked out half that capacity. But you are right- the analog business is doing great, cranking tons of jellybeans out of the older Richardson, TX fab probably using 0.50 micron design rules.
