Wogger,
that link was a great summary. Much easier than reading through all the shareholder material. I saw $4.15 book value as of dec 31, 1998. I'm amazed someone isn't chomping at the bit to buy them at the current price. Even with somewhat inflated inventory valuations, they would be getting some strong product lines for very little premium.

Am I right that Mutual funds don't (can't ?) buy stocks under $5.00 ?
