From speaking with the company they said a deal was in place to gain a 50-50 share of some Texan oil properties held by a private company, Altura, which is owned by Shell and Mobil. Altura is the largest oil company in Texas, so these are big boys. Apparently $50M of financing was involved and POE was cut out of the deal at the last moment, hence the lawsuit. I know Charger was in POE's Vancouver office some time ago working on a deal, this must have been it.
