Ron, I think that ROH may have to show a credible business plan before any serious money gets invested here. The money from the HEC deal could easily be wasted. It may not even be perceived by the market as smart selling a resource that would now be producing income. Based on today's market action I'm starting to believe that appreciation will take a little time based on company performance.
