Acquired was Nevada Resort Medical Services, a tourist-oriented extended hours Urgent Care Clinic located in the Imperial Hotel and Casino on the World Famous Las Vegas "Strip." The clinic is open 7 days per week and employs Board Certified Medical Physicians and Physician Assistants. The clinic also serves as a "family practice" clinic for the 2,700 employees and families of the Imperial Palace. Also included in the acquisition was Practice Management Group of Nevada. A Management Services Organization which consults, evaluates, and manages Physicians in Nevada, Utah, California, and Arizona. The company was founded in 1993 by Jack London who serves as President and C.E.O. of both companies. Jack G. London, who is President and Founder of both companies has been appointed Chairman of the Board of CMMI. Mr. London has over 19 years of healthcare experience as a former Hospital Administrator and Marketing Director for Charter Medical, American Healthcare Management and Quorum Healthcare. Mr. London has lived in Las Vegas since 1970 arriving to attend University of Nevada Las Vegas. He will remain in Las Vegas with his new duties as Chairman of CMMI.
