The assets of 649.com Inc. are certain Internet domain names (649.com, 649.org and sixfortynine.com/.net/.org) and the intellectual property rights including a patent pending to use the Internet to play the lottery 6/49. The lottery has a ''free'' play division in jurisdictions where it is deemed not appropriate or legal to play for money. The company also wishes to announce its intent to change its name to 649.com Inc. and to approve a 5:1 forward split of its shares along with an initial $1 million private placement after a special shareholders action has been called.
