I have asked two of your questions before. Here are the answers:

2. Did Mr. Logan actually dispose of his stock as reported in the PR of 3/14/99?
The answer is No. The new management are the ones who are going to buy the shares and Carl Conte told me that this would take some time.

4. Have you collected any of the $5,400,000 receivable stemming from the sale in August 1997?
No. He would not give me more details but did say that the company was working with the auditors on that issue.

By the way, 160k out of today's 182k volume were buys, but the bid went down to .185 right before the close. GNNX will not move up until this big seller is removed. Hopefully over next couple of sessions.
