You tell me what they are worth...pick one:

#1) They are either worth something and therefore the price of MDIN should go down X dividend as the NAV of MDIN would be reduced.

#2) They are worth nothing and therefore the price of MDIN will not be affected.

I just do not see how you can have it both ways.

edit...I actually prefer my old Atari
