All: During the week , many of the articles on NN highlighted some of the reasons it had tanked. These included

a:Quality of Mgmt/Sales forecasting.

b: Pressure by its Buyers for lower prices leading to Back end loading.

c:Poor E.R.P/ Supply Chain Mgmt.

One of the more important points now clearly expressed by Net Architects and other experts herein is NN's dependency on a single source for its ASICS's. If they are correct, it will mean that if there is any disruption, accidental or otherwise at the Suppliers plant , NN would have little chance of survival and its sales would plummet. Further since NN is helpless and there is no alternate source these Suppliers are in a superb monopoly to raise prices at Contract renewal time.

If they are correct, this could be another excuse.!
