Keith, What are other technical signals you look at when a stock has hit a double bottom such as SUF. Other stocks I am looking at are LTV(possible triple bottom forming), MCL, AAC.B and MX(just bounced in last few days). Do you just daytrade or are there technical reasons you might hold longer than that such as two or three days. For example MX took a nice little run for a few days after it bottomed out. I hope this make sense. Thanks

Hi Keith. I think a safe bet would be to wait for SUF to close over the 10 day MA. It hasn't since Mar 16. I feel if it does it may signal the end of the downtrend. Today was strong, another day like that tomorrow could be it.

Thats an awful long double bottom, a whole year almost. Do you find that time it takes to form the double bottom to be a factor in how well it works for TA and does it work better when a long or short period?
